 principalities refer to high-ranking spiritual forces or demons that exert influence over regions, institutions, and people. These unseen entities are organized with varying degrees of power and authority, and they play a significant role in spiritual battles. Ephesians 6:12 highlights that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against these rulers and powers in the heavenly places.
